Refund policy

At PawDelico, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not fully happy, we offer a 30-day free return and refund policy.

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products should be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, please provide a photo for verification.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@pawdelico.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping costs for returns are covered by PawDelico for all eligible cases.
